A Thailand-based manufacturer of solar cell and solar module is seeking Baht 1,000 million funds to finance its working capital requirement for maximum capacity utilization through private placement of equity and debt. The company applies most recent and advance know-how and turn-key technology from Centrotherm, Germany. It has an existing capital of 700 million THB and total assets of 1500 million Baht.

The company was established in 2004 to manufacture Crystalline Solar cell and Photovoltaic Modules.

Commercial cooperation commenced in January 2008. The company was set up to response to the electricity generation and environmental issues. The impressive growth of the PV industry has proved that the company is on the right strategy. All materials including backsheet, EVA sheet, and glass have been qualified and selected from experienced and recognized domestic and overseas suppliers. The have also earned certification of quality system such as TUV, ISO 9001, Q]mark, and TISI 1843 (Equivalent to IEC61215).
