Control shareholders, holding altogether 55% of total outstanding shares (20 million shares) are willing to accept a buyout offering from qualified investors.

Main raw materials are Cuttlefish, Squid, Fish, and Shrimp. With an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons, and a total factory area of approximately 52 acres, the company employs 1,100 workers.

The company's products have been qualified for ISO standard, HACCP, Food Safety, Halal, and also qualified for Japan, EU and USA food import requirements.

Main market is Japanese market and the company is also trying to expand into the US and EU market in order to reduce market risk.

The company distributes its products via 2 main channels, namely:

1. restaurants and supermarkets, about 20%, and

2. traders/agents/wholesalers, about 80%.
